Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your product, we offer a 30-day, money-back guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the original invoice within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping. You are responsible for the cost of the return freight.

In order to facilitate the return process a Return Merchandise Authorization Form must be utilized. You will receive a Return Authorization Number which must be written on the outside of the shipping box. If a package is returned without the Return Authorization Number, the refund may be delayed or refused.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.

Items not Eligible for Returns/Refunds

Returns/Refunds will not be authorized due to an auto-delivery order not being canceled in time. An auto-delivery cancellation form must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the next scheduled auto-delivery order process date. Buyer’s Right to Cancel

Federal law grants a buyer the right to cancel certain sales without penalty prior to midnight of the third business day after the transaction. This rule covers retail consumer sales of $25.00 or more that occur away from the seller’s main office. The Company sales order form contains all legally required notices.
